Programs will start the week of October 1st, 2024, and end the week of December 12th, 2024.
Note: Athletes in grades 8 & 9 will experience some overlap with the Westkhoops 3x3 season and the start of the SD23 basketball season, which started on November 14th last year. If a conflict occurs after the SD23 basketball schedule is announced in mid-November and if the result directly impacts your Westkhoops club attendance, we could potentially provide a prorated adjustment to your program fee at that time. This would depend on your specific situation or circumstances.
There will be no conflict for athletes in grades 6 & 7 since their SD23 school basketball season does not begin until February 2025.
Our goal is to finalize, communicate, and distribute our league schedule for all age groups to parents during the last week of September 2024, after online registration closes. Our ability to meet this timeframe relies upon three factors outside of our control: the SD23 approval process, gym availability, and our registration numbers, which could impact our meeting this deadline.
As far as the schedule goes. We can tell you that we have requested a 1-hour practice time on either Mondays or Tuesdays between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.Ā and games on Thursdays at the same time. We hope this is helpful with scheduling and planning other sports and activities for your youth.

This FALL, we will offer programs for the following divisions for boys and girls:
Gr. 3 - 5 Co-ed $280 for 8 weeks (min. of 8 practices and 8 games) plus a 9th-week play-off SCHEDULE TBA
*Westside gyms only
Duration: 8 weeks + 1 playoff event
Includes: one 1-hour practice and one 1-hour game per week
Reversible jersey and basketball included

Gr. 6 - 9 $320 for 8 weeks (min. of 8 practices and 8 games) plus a 9th week of playoffs SCHEDULE TBA
*Westside gyms only
Duration: 9 weeks
Includes: one 1-hour practice and one 1-hour game per week
The 9th week is a single-game elimination playoff week
Reversible jersey included
